Our Clients are seeking a meticulous and experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of accounting principles. This role is crucial in maintaining the financial health and accuracy of our records.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MYOB).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Relevant certification or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable.
  • Manage bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit tax forms and filings (e.g., BAS, GST).
  • Generate financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Handle payroll processing and related compliance requirements.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Liaise with external accountants and auditors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
