This is your chance to meet your virtual assistant in person, collaborate face-to-face and build stronger connections. Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to engage with other clients, share ideas and learn in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Welcome Drinks
Kick off the new year with productivity and connection at our upcoming January Work Week at WrkPod! We’re starting things off on a high note with Welcome Drinks on Sunday, January 25 at La Mensa Bar, providing the perfect opportunity to settle in, meet WrkPod clients, and set your intentions for the week ahead.

Dumaguete Site Tours and Working Day
On Monday, January 26, we officially dive into our January Work Week! We’ll start the morning with quick site tours of all our locations within Dumaguete. This is the perfect way to get your bearings, explore the different workspaces available to you, and find your favorite corner to settle in. Once the tours wrap up, we’ll transition into a focused work day with the team, where you can feed off the collective energy and get a head start on your week’s priorities.

Working Day
Working with Your Virtual Assistant will be all about building stronger connections and better communication between WrkPod teammates. Through fun activities and real talk, we’ll learn how to collaborate smarter and support each other more effectively.
Whether you’re a VA or a client, this session will help you grow your working relationship and boost team synergy. It’ll be a great chance to understand each other’s strengths and bring out the best in your partnership.

City Culture and Pickle Night
Mid-week is all about discovery! On Wednesday, January 28, we’re stepping out of the office to explore the “City of Gentle People.” Join Bliss, our Events and Marketing Lead, as she guides us through a Dumaguete Sightseeing Tour. You’ll get an insider’s look at the city’s rich history and the unique charm that makes it such a thriving hub for digital nomads and locals alike.
A 5PM – 8PM, it’s time for Sip and Smash! We’re heading to the court for a fun session of Pickleball paired with refreshing soft snacks. It’s a great way to get moving and bond with the community – and yes, you are encouraged to bring your VAs along for the games and the tour!

Working Day and Clients Exclusive Dinner
We’re wrapping up the day with a special Client Dinner at Palmitas Kitchen & Bar on Thursday, January 29 – a chance to relax, connect, and enjoy great food together. Expect warm conversations, tasty local dishes, and good vibes all around.
