This is a key operational role responsible for managing our wholesale customer relationships end-to-end. You’ll be the first point of contact for our wholesale partners — keeping accounts healthy, orders flowing, and customers engaged. You’ll work closely with the business owner and play a central role in driving wholesale revenue growth through strong account management, data analysis, and proactive communication.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a wholesale/B2B coordination role.
- Strong written English communication skills — professional, warm, and clear.
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets; able to spot trends and summarise insights.
- Highly organised with strong follow-through — nothing slips through the cracks.
- Self-starter who can manage their own workload and prioritise effectively.
- Experience with Ordermentum and/or ShipStation is a strong advantage.
- Food & beverage or FMCG industry experience is a bonus but not required.
Job Responsibilities
- Account Management & Customer Relationships:
• Proactively manage wholesale customer accounts, following up on unpaid invoices to ensure timely payments.
• Reach out to customers who haven’t ordered recently to re-engage them and address any concerns.
• Ensure customers place orders on time, assist with order placement when needed, and follow up with those who may have forgotten.
• Handle wholesale customer service inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and send a weekly list of customers who would benefit from a personalised follow-up call from the owner. - Onboarding & Lead Nurturing:
• Oversee the onboarding process for new wholesale customers, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
• Send welcome emails to new leads, assist with their first order, provide promotional materials, and follow up after their initial purchase. - Reporting & Analysis:
• Analyse and report on sales patterns, identifying trends to support business growth and decision-making.
• Monitor product performance, flag underperforming ranges, and suggest strategies to boost sales.
• Identify and report on VIP customers with recommendations for enhanced engagement.
• Monitor and manage product costings to ensure pricing remains accurate, competitive, and profitable. - Database & Communications:
• Keep the stockist list up to date, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
• Coordinate and send bulk emails and SMS to wholesale customers with updates on new products, promotions, and key announcements.
