Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Basic image editing skills using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, GIMP, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, especially when configuring data and pricing.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and configure customer accounts within the M-Power MIS system.
- Set up customer-specific portal access and visibility settings.
- Create base products based on provided quotations.
- Assign appropriate production recipes to each product.
- Configure accurate product pricing and validate against quotes.
- Prepare and upload product images, ensuring quality and optimization.
- Assign internal ownership for product oversight and workflow.
- Enable and verify web product visibility on the customer portal.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of customer portal views.
- Maintain detailed documentation and status updates on tasks.
