This role will provide essential support to the practice by ensuring smooth daily operations, particularly in financial administration and client communications. The successful candidate will report directly to the Business Manager and work closely with the wider team to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative or finance support role, ideally within a professional services or accounting environment.
- Proficiency in MYOB AE or similar accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and financial processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Process daily receipt and financial entries using MYOB AE.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding debtors/accounts receivable.
- Serve as a first point of contact for the practice by answering telephone calls and managing email correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to financial transactions and client communications.
- Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and other tasks as required by the Business Manager.
- Assist with client queries and ensure prompt and courteous service at all times.
- Support the practice with ad-hoc duties and administrative projects as needed.
