Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in team leadership, coaching, or human resources within a BPO or remote work setting.
  • Proven track record of managing performance for distributed teams across different time zones.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills tailored for a professional international audience.
  • Strong proficiency in digital collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, and project management software.
  • Demonstrated ability to mediate interpersonal conflicts and build rapport in a virtual environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Ability to work a consistent Monday to Friday schedule aligned with international business hours.
Job Responsibilities
  • Facilitate regular check-ins with team members to monitor engagement levels and overall job satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance coaching sessions to help employees meet and exceed their specific KPIs and production targets.
  • Act as a cultural liaison to streamline communication and collaboration between Filipino staff and their global counterparts.
  • Identify potential conflict areas within virtual teams and implement proactive resolution strategies.
  • Develop personalized professional development plans to support the long-term career trajectory of each team member.
  • Analyze team performance data to provide actionable insights and reports to the management team.
  • Lead onboarding sessions for new hires to ensure a seamless transition into the WrkPod work culture.
