Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, and/or back-office management.
  • Proficiency in ServiceM8 or similar project management platforms is also a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and organize all back-office tasks (scheduling, document management, and invoicing).
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure smooth communication.
  • Track project progress and maintain detailed records to assist with timelines and deadlines.
  • Assist with job scheduling and reporting.
  • Prepare and follow up on quotes, contracts, and other essential documents.
