Job Description

As a Virtual Assistant for Everheal, you’ll support our mission of natural healing through food. Your role will include technical integrations, website management, content creation, marketing, and client acquisition. Work closely with our Director, Allyson Brown, and contribute to Everheal’s growth and impact.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in web development, tech integrations, marketing, IT, business administration, computer science, data analysis, or related fields (desirable).
  • Certifications in content creation, social media marketing, SEO, specific software tools, digital marketing, graphic design, website design, Google Analytics, WordPress, or CRM (desirable).
  • Qualifications in marketing, digital marketing, or sales strategies (desirable).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience in writing, journalism, or content marketing.
  • Dedication to staying updated with industry trends and tools for continuous learning.
  • Proficiency with software and systems such as WordPress, Learndash, GoHighLevel, Calendly, OpusClip, YouTube, Stripe, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), Zapier, Zoom, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Analytics.
Job Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain WordPress websites, including security updates and content optimization.
  • Implement tech integrations and automate tasks using various software and tools.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and manage software tools.
  • Manage data input and updates in the CRM (GoHighLevel).
  • Develop and optimize sales funnels and landing pages.
  • Integrate Stripe for payment processing and manage email nurture campaigns.
  • Create content aligned with Everheal’s messaging, including writing and editing.
  • Conduct research and outreach to attract clients and experts for interviews.
  • Create and manage social media ads and posts.
  • Engage with and grow social media presence across platforms.
  • Organize and prioritize emails, responding to and filtering inquiries.
  • Manage CRM, calendar, and inbox for efficient workflow.
  • Provide general administrative support and digital organization of files.
  • Gather and analyze data for reporting and decision-making.
  • Provide weekly status reports and maintain regular work updates.
