Job Qualifications/Requirements

- Experience with Microsoft Outlook for email and calendar management.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Previous experience in customer service or sales administration is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Google Drive and cloud storage management.
Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in an administrative role.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks with precision, utilizing intermediate to advanced Excel formulas.
- Manage and organize emails using Microsoft Outlook, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Maintain and organize files and documents using Google Drive and other cloud storage platforms.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in customer service or sales administration tasks as required.
