Job Responsibilities
- Prepare documents according to instructions given.
- Cross check and application during re-enrolment
- Monitoring the students on the Waiting list, offer and update the system accordingly
- Team communication
- Manage to complete the unexpected tasks given by the supervisor
- Answer emails and phone calls from customers.
- Schedule appointments to call back
- Live chat support
- Monitoring Facebook Inbox
- Handling basic customer concerns
- Assisting other centres with calls, emails, cross-check of data and any other allocated tasks if need be
- Record the customer’s personal information accurately in our CRM
- Advantageous: Ontraport and internal system Support
- Managing contacts
- Assist with daily leads
- Assist with credit card update
