Job Description

You will be responsible for overall customer service, sales support and all-round admin tasks for Shichida Australia. You will be trained to use tools like SHICHIDA’s customer management systems and Ontraport.

Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare documents according to instructions given.
  • Cross check and application during re-enrolment
  • Monitoring the students on the Waiting list, offer and update the system accordingly
  • Team communication
  • Manage to complete the unexpected tasks given by the supervisor
  • Answer emails and phone calls from customers.
  • Schedule appointments to call back
  • Live chat support
  • Monitoring Facebook Inbox
  • Handling basic customer concerns
  • Assisting other centres with calls, emails, cross-check of data and any other allocated tasks if need be
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in our CRM
  • Advantageous: Ontraport and internal system Support
  • Managing contacts
  • Assist with daily leads
  • Assist with credit card update
