Job Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of professional video editing experience, ideally working with brands, thought leaders, or digital content creators.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Audition.
- Strong grasp of color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Experience with audio editing, background music, and sound effects.
- Ability to craft compelling, engaging, and cinematic content that tells a story and captures an audience.
- Willingness to take feedback, adjust quickly, and learn the SMS editing style and frameworks.
- Good written and verbal English skills to interact with clients and interpret briefs effectively.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excitement about helping speakers elevate their brand through powerful video content.
Job Responsibilities
- Editing high-quality video content for professional speakers, including showreels, social media reels, and promotional assets.
- Working with raw keynote footage, interviews, testimonials, and b-roll to create high-impact speaker videos.
- Customizing videos to align with each speaker’s branding, messaging, and positioning.
- Adding dynamic motion graphics, text overlays, transitions, and captions to enhance engagement.
- Optimizing videos for various platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and speaker websites).
- Collaborating with our creative team and SMS members to bring their vision to life while ensuring consistency in storytelling.
- Managing and organizing video assets, project files, and content archives.
- Staying updated on video trends, social media best practices, and industry innovations to create fresh, modern content.
