Seeking a Dumaguete-based Video Editor & Creative Specialist to produce video and graphic assets for business and high-end wedding clients while helping manage freelance production pipelines.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Strong, proven video editing proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro.
  • Basic-to-intermediate graphic design experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Experience with photo retouching in Lightroom or Photoshop and basic motion graphics in After Effects. (preferred but not required)
  • Basic background in social media content strategy, organic post scheduling, and AI-assisted copywriting.
  • Hands-on experience creating freelancer briefs, managing project timelines, and coordinating team workflows.
  • 1–2+ years in an agency or creative content role with excellent written and verbal English communication.
Job Responsibilities
  • Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) including assembly, basic color grading, sound mixing, and platform formatting using Premiere Pro or CapCut Pro.
  • Create visual and marketing assets for social media, branding, and print materials (e.g., brochures, packaging) using Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  • Edit and retouch photos for agency and high-end wedding media projects.
  • Plan and publish organic content across platforms while drafting captions using AI tools like ChatGPT.
  • Write clear creative briefs, manage timelines, and provide feedback to external editors and designers to ensure output meets quality standards.
