Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Extensive experience in video editing (minimum 4 years preferred).
- Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Background in media production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and other relevant digital software.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and editing of high-quality video content.
- Oversee the production process, including video scripts, graphics, and editing.
- Coordinate the development of various content types with video producers.
- Ensure all project elements are completed on time and meet company quality standards.
- Adhere to the content production schedule and manage deadlines.
- Monitor the quantity, quality, and performance of digital educational products.
- Write, review, edit, and publish video content, including graphics, sound, and scripts.
- Collaborate with teachers and writers to refine and update existing content.
- Format materials for compatibility with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Upload video and other content to the company’s LMS and various digital platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
- Provide technical support for staff in production processes.
- Monitor distribution, access, and application of digital content.
- Design and develop promotional material, including flyers and social media content.
- Typeset materials for print resources.
- Create images and diagrams for digital content.
- Support other digital media initiatives within the organization, including publications and marketing efforts.
