Discover exactly what tasks you can empower offshore staff to complete and grow your business faster than ever before.

Job Description
The Sales Coordinator is central to how the company wins and delivers sales for our cleaning services. You sit between the customer, our internal team, and our service partners, keeping every moving part connected and moving forward.
This is not an order-taking role, and it is definitely not a quiet admin job.
You will think strategically, identify repetitive tasks, and find smarter, simpler, and more automated ways to execute them. You will work closely with the sales team to prepare tender and proposal documentation, pick up the phone to make things happen, and use our systems (especially Salesforce) and AI tools every single day to work faster and sharper.
We are looking for a go-getter with real initiative—the kind of person who looks at how we work and says, “Let me have a look at that; I can find a better way,” and then goes and does it.
You will thrive here if you see what needs doing and take the lead to get it done.
