UI & UX Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer with an AI-first mindset and a deep mastery of Figma. This isn’t just about making things look “pretty”—it’s about designing intuitive, usercentric interfaces that solve complex problems for the fashion industry.

The ideal candidate leverages AI tools to speed up their design workflow, from generating assets to rapid prototyping, and understands how to design for AI-driven features (like predictive analytics and automated styling).

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum 7 – 10 years of professional software development experience (this must be post-university/internship experience).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating complex SaaS or enterprise-level platform design.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Figma Mastery: Expert-level skills in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and Prototyping).
    • AI Design Tools: Proficiency in using AI-aided design tools (e.g., Midjourney for assets, AI plugins for Figma, or generative UI tools).
    • Process: Ability to map out complex user flows and translate them into clean, highfidelity visual designs.
    • Framework Familiarity: A solid understanding of how designs translate to code, specifically for frameworks like Vue.js and Tailwind CSS.
    • Agile Workflow: Proven experience working in an Agile environment with rapid sprint cycles.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to better collaborate with the development team.
    • Experience in “Design Ops”—optimizing the workflow between design and engineering.
Job Responsibilities
  • AI-Enhanced UI/UX: Design and evolve our user interface framework using the latest standards. Use AI design tools to iterate faster and explore more creative directions in less time.
  • Intelligent Product Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that integrate AI functionalities naturally into the user journey.
  • Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with our Senior Developers and Product Managers to ensure design feasibility and seamless handoffs.
  • Systematic Design: Maintain and expand our Design System in Figma, ensuring every component is consistent, accessible, and scalable across our Vue.js front-end.
  • Continuous Evolution: Stay at the bleeding edge of UI/UX trends, specifically how AI is changing user behavior, and advocate for these improvements within the platform.
