Job Description
We’re looking for a creative and driven UGC & Creator Coordinator to help power our content flywheel. In this role, you’ll focus on sourcing, briefing, and managing content creators to produce short-form videos and photos that drive sales across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta ads for our retail brands.
You’ll work closely with our creative and marketing teams to identify relevant creators, manage outreach and product seeding, and coordinate the delivery of native-style UGC that feels authentic and scroll-stopping. While you won’t be responsible for creating content yourself, you’ll oversee the process from briefing through to final asset delivery, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and performance goals.
You’ll also support performance tracking across key metrics such as CTR, ROAS, and engagement, helping optimise creator partnerships and content direction based on what’s working.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience creating or managing UGC content for eCommerce or fashion brands.
- Confident using CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.
- Understanding of TikTok/Reels culture and trends.
- Fast, organised, and OBSESSED with results.
- Excellent English and reliable communication and admin skills (Slack, Drive).
- Can take and process feedback.
Job Responsibilities
- 3–5 high-quality UGC videos per week, across all our stores.
- Recut and repurpose older content into fresh ad variations.
- Clearly organize content in Google Drive use by campaign managers.
- Communicate with creators, follow up for deliverables, and manage usage rights.
- Stay across performance, and suggest creative angles or trends to test weekly.
