Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Must have strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
  • Proficient in using email, word processing, spreadsheets, and other travel-related software.
  • Must be able to adapt to new tools and processes while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
  • Experience in the travel industry is preferred. Experience with Australian companies is highly advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
  • Efficiently handle and organize emails, respond to client inquiries, and manage daily communications.
  • Use checklists to verify booking reservations to ensure all details are accurate and complete.
  • Make hotel reservations on behalf of clients, ensuring all preferences and requirements are met.
  • Prepare and send travel insurance quotes to clients, providing necessary information and answering any related questions.
  • Prepare and distribute final travel documentation, including itineraries, confirmations, and tickets.
