Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Travel Agent.
- Proficiency in Armadaus and Tramada booking systems is preferred.
- Strong research skills, particularly in destination accessibility for disabled travelers.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure all travel arrangements are seamless.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
- Flexibility and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
- Passion for travel and a genuine interest in creating inclusive experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, research, and book domestic and international travel itineraries for clients.
- Conduct detailed accessibility research on accommodations, transportation, and activities for disabled travelers.
- Utilise Armadaus and Tramada booking systems to manage reservations efficiently.
- Provide personalised recommendations and travel advice based on client preferences and needs.
- Assist clients with travel documentation, insurance, and visa requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, destination updates, and accessibility improvements.
- Handle client inquiries, modifications, and issues with a high level of professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with suppliers, airlines, hotels, and tourism boards to secure the best travel experiences.
