Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset with a love of problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Meticulous attention to detail the ability to juggle multiple priorities as well as strong organisational skills.
  • Deep experience in professional services or accounting administration.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-first attitude as well as the ability to manage priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Confidence working with cloud software platforms like XPM, FYI, NowInfinity, and Microsoft Excel as well as the ATO portal.
  • A collaborative, can-do approach and eagerness to support your team.
Job Responsibilities
  • Entity & Corporate Services: Establish and manage entities, structural changes, and maintain records in NowInfinity.
  • Tax & Business Registrations: Register clients and entities for tax and business obligations (TFN, ABN, GST, etc.).
  • Client Lifecycle Management: Set up, close, and regularly check in with clients.
  • Client Software & Tools Management: Manage client software subscriptions and staff access permissions.
  • Proposal Management: Prepare proposals for services and subscriptions.
  • Production & Job Management: Maintain job schedules, monitor workflow, and support clean-up activities.
  • Billing & Invoicing: Draft and send invoices; resolve billing issues.
  • Planned Job Administration: Create and track checklists for recurring work.
  • Reporting & Insights: Prepare workflow reports and lead meetings with follow-ups.
  • Compliance & Lodgements: Support compliance lodgements and track overdue items.
  • Template & Process Maintenance: Update templates and improve workflow procedures.
  • Team Collaboration & Culture: Lead team meetings, support training, and assist with ad hoc requests.
