Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Job Responsibilities
- Place outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
- Identify and qualify potential leads by understanding their needs and interests.
- Present product/service features and benefits persuasively, highlighting how they meet customer needs.
- Address customer concerns and objections professionally and with confidence.
- Schedule appointments for interested prospects to speak with our sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, leads, and sales opportunities in CRM software.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and goals.
- Adhere to telemarketing regulations and guidelines, including Do Not Call lists.
- Provide valuable feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies.
