Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in mechanical engineering or as a mechanic.
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote assistance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues related to our products and services.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex technical inquiries.
- Document and track customer interactions and resolutions using our support system.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on product usage and maintenance.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed support.
- Assist in the development of support documentation and FAQs.
