The Technical & Estimation Officer is responsible for coordinating design elements, preparing accurate project quotes, offering technical support, and ensuring smooth project flow. This includes overseeing the estimation of sales prices, preparing cost estimates, managing technical drawings, and consulting with clients throughout the project.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Qualification in engineering, interior design, architecture or related fields.
- Highly efficient on MS Office suite.
- Exceptional customer service capabilities.

Job Responsibilities
- Reading, scaling, and interpreting construction plans.
- Working with or generating Bills of Quantities.
- Estimating project costs.
- Generation and assembly of quotes.
- Organisation and storage of documents in company cloud storage system and using Post Haste.
- Onboarding of projects once quotes are successful.
- Updating CRM as required, setting reminders, task bundles and monitoring tasks.
- Co-ordination of project submittal drawings and approvals with customers and suppliers.
- Use of Asana for management of projects with appropriate stakeholders.
- Generate reports on project status.
- Maintain specification documents.
- Preparation of room data sheets and Quantity Surveying estimates.
- Generate project Submittal drawings using Autocad.
- Assist with technical information related to product loads, electrical diagrams, and structural requirements.
- Address inquiries regarding operational functionality, missing parts, and troubleshooting issues.
- Generate, update, and organize technical drawings and ensure proper storage.
- Generate, compile and maintain technical manuals.
- Provide technical assistance to internal team members, including sales, manufacturing, and customer service teams, to enhance product understanding and resolve design-related queries.
