Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader / General Manager to lead our 10- person offshore team (sales, marketing, and operations). This role sits directly under the CEO and is responsible for day-to-day performance, accountability, and culture across the team.
The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years’ leadership experience (BPO, call centre, or team environment) and a proven ability to:
● Drive results,
● Build accountability, and
● Have the tough conversations when needed.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 5–10 years of proven leadership experience (BPO, call centre, or equivalent).
- Prior experience as a Shift Supervisor / Team Leader / Operations Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred.
- Strong English communication (written and verbal).
- Confident performance manager with the ability to lead younger staff
- Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with dashboards, KPIs, and data-driven management.
- Familiarity with team tools (Monday.com, ActiveCampaign, Google Workspace).
Job Responsibilities
- Team & Performance Leadership:
● Lead, coach, and mentor a 10-person team across sales, marketing, and operations.
● Set clear KPIs and monitor daily/weekly performance (and establish reporting Dashboards for Sales, Marketing & team functions).
● Apply “carrot and stick” management — reward strong performance while holding underperformers accountable.
● Conduct regular 1:1s, evaluations, and improvement plans. - Operations & Systems:
● Oversee day-to-day operations of the PH team, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
● Spot inefficiencies and proactively optimise processes.
● Administer payroll and wages for the PH team.
● Ensure alignment with company strategy, three-month and nine-month plans. - Communication & Reporting:
● Act as the primary bridge between the CEO (Australia) and the PH team.
● Run structured team meetings and daily/weekly check-ins.
● Deliver dashboards and progress updates to leadership.
