Job Qualifications/Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing roles with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Facebook Analytics.
- Experience in the sports or entertainment industry is preferred but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including AI.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end social media strategies that align with our brand’s mission, marketing goals, and market positioning.
- Create a detailed content calendar that includes daily posts, campaigns, and collaborations tailored to each platform’s audience.
- Oversee all social media interactions, ensuring a consistent and positive brand presence.
- Improve existing assets and create new content, including videos, images, and graphics, for platforms like TikTok and others as needed.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to measure effectiveness and optimize strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate new ideas into our strategy.
- Create, edit, and design high-quality and engaging content, working with our video/photo production team.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to improve efficiency and growth.
