The ideal candidate will assist in managing our online presence, supporting training sessions, and performing various administrative tasks.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and marketing.
  • Familiarity with managing multiple social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook).
  • Proficient in tools such as Kajabi, Canva, Social Pilot, Meta Suite, Dropbox, and WordPress.
  • Strong understanding of SEO strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to create engaging content for social media and training materials.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Experience in administrative tasks and document management.
  • Ability to research and prepare relevant topics for training sessions and webinars.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools and technologies.
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed.
  • Self-sufficient with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Relevant degree or certification in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook) for two businesses.
  • Create and schedule engaging content using Social Pilot.
  • Monitor and analyze social media statistics to refine strategies.
  • Send invitations and manage registrations for training sessions.
  • Upload training videos to the Kajabi platform.
  • Assist in preparing slides and researching topics for webinars.
  • Oversee updates and maintenance of the website using WordPress.
  • Implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and performance.
  • Monitor website analytics and performance metrics.
  • Update documents and maintain organized records for training sessions and marketing materials.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing templates and lead magnets.
  • Coordinate with project managers on various administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote training programs.
  • Collaborate with the team to create engaging promotional content.
  • Work closely with team members to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and strategies.
