Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Experience with CRM tools, specifically Offering Tree, or willingness to learn.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Passion for wellness and familiarity with the wellness industry.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut).
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and collaborations.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, and content creation.
Job Responsibilities
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals for the yoga and meditation business, holistic wellness products, and other initiatives.
- Develop, curate, and manage engaging content (images, videos, written posts) across all social media platforms to maintain brand consistency and attract new followers.
- Regularly update and maintain social media platforms and websites, ensuring they reflect current offerings and brand messaging.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid and organic social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Assist in branding and graphic design efforts to enhance our visual identity across all platforms.
- Utilize Offering Tree (CRM, website, email marketing, automation) to manage customer relationships, update databases, and create automated workflows.
- Update and maintain the website, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- Participate in weekly strategy meetings to align on goals, KPIs, and task prioritization.
- Provide administrative support including calendar management, document preparation, expense tracking, and other tasks as needed.
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective communication.
