Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience managing brand social media accounts.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook—content formats, trends, and algorithms.
- Demonstrated ability to create compelling short-form video content.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Suite, and other content creation or scheduling tools.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Analytical mindset and familiarity with social media performance metrics.
- Creative, proactive, and self-motivated with attention to detail.
- Interest in health, wellness or e-commerce industries is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and maintain a strategic social content calendar aligned with campaign objectives.
- Create original content (video and static), write captions, and schedule posts across all major platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with social trends and platform features to inform content decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute paid social content in line with advertising schedules.
- Assist with concept development, scripting, and production of short-form video.
- Analyse content performance using platform analytics and report on KPI’s.
- Monitor community interactions and respond appropriately to foster engagement.
