As a Social Media Manager & Graphic Designer at Xennox Diamonds, you will have the opportunity to support the General Manager in marketing initiatives as well as managing existing and new social media platforms. Creating graphics, reels, and content for marketing campaigns and social media feeds. This is the perfect role for someone to contribute to the visual storytelling of our brand.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • No prior professional graphic design experience required.
  • A strong passion for graphic design and a willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in design software is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take direction and adapt to feedback.
  • Strong creative thinking and an eye for design.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and principles.
  • A portfolio showcasing personal or academic design projects
Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior management to create visually appealing graphics for a variety of projects, including marketing materials, social media content, and website assets.
  • Assist in brainstorming and developing creative concepts for design projects that align with our brand identity.
  • Learn and master design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create high-quality graphics and visuals.
  • Actively seek feedback from team members and incorporate it into your work to continually improve your design skills.
  • Organize and maintain design files, ensuring they are easily accessible to the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and industry best practices to enhance your skills.
  • Assist in creating compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blogs, emails, and more.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers to develop visually appealing materials, such as banners, infographics, and digital ads.
  • Contribute to the management of social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking performance.
  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive analysis, and potential target audiences.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including tracking timelines and tasks.
