Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in social media management and digital content creation.
- Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite).
- Experience with paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations is a plus.
Job Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and manage multi-platform social media strategies, maintain a content calendar, engage with online communities, and optimize performance through trend monitoring and analytics.
- Content Creation & Production: Plan, produce, and edit original multimedia content—including photos, graphics, and videos—in collaboration with internal teams to support campaign objectives.
- Graphic Design: Design and adapt visual assets for various channels, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials and audience segments.
- Marketing Support: Support integrated marketing efforts including email, blog, and paid campaigns; track performance metrics and deliver actionable insights through monthly reporting.
