Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of two years of social media experience.
  • Strong passion for social media marketing and eagerness to learn.
  • Proficiency in social media and scheduling platforms.
  • Creativity with a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Experience in content marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to take direction and adapt to feedback.
  • Portfolio showcasing social media campaigns required.
  • Mastery of the English language is essential.
Job Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule content for at least two weeks in advance.
  • Develop engaging, short-form content including social media posts and podcast descriptions.
  • Oversee and manage all social media platforms, including content production, scheduling, monitoring, and data reporting across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Assist in preparing briefs for designers and external partners, working closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other creatives.
  • Organize and maintain files for easy access by the team.
  • Stay updated with social media trends and best practices to enhance your skills.
  • Prepare growth and trend reports for the executive team.
  • Work with the marketing team and executives to develop progressive digital strategies based on data, trends, and SEO insights.
