  • Platform norms (IG, TikTok, FB) and posting best practices.
  • Community management & brand tone adherence.
  • Scheduling tools, content calendars, file/asset management.
  • Escalation protocols and handling negative comments.
Job Responsibilities
  • Write captions (template-led) and curate grids.
  • Upload, format, and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Engage with comments and DMs daily using approved tone/templates.
  • Moderate comments and flag sensitive messages.
  • Maintain posting consistency and content calendar hygiene.
  • Not Responsible For:
    • Reporting, analytics, or insights.
    • Strategy, campaign planning, or ad performance.
    • Creative direction or client strategy calls.
