Fluency in English—both written and spoken—is essential for clear communication with internal teams and clients.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Previous experience in signage, estimating, or quoting (preferred).
- Strong understanding of signage types, materials, and production processes.
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
- Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
- High attention to detail and good numerical skills.
- Ability to prioritize and respond quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communicator and strong team player.
Job Responsibilities
- Review quote requests and prepare accurate cost estimates for signage projects.
- Ensure quotes are completed and returned within 30 minutes of receiving a request.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in English with internal teams and clients.
- Liaise with sales, design, and production teams to gather necessary information.
- Analyze materials, labor, and time requirements for each job.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, materials, and market pricing.
- Help manage and update a pricing and historical quoting database.
