We're Hiring

Senior Retail Production Designer

Job Description

We work with some of Australia’s most recognised retail and consumer brands, developing and delivering campaigns across extensive store networks and a wide variety of retail environments.

Projects may include window displays, entry moments, visual merchandising spaces, fixture graphics, wall bays, promotional zones, fitting rooms, point-of-sale displays, freestanding units, packaging, signage and almost every physical customer touchpoint within a retail environment.

This is primarily an execution, rollout and finished-art role. The successful candidate will bring strong graphic design judgement, exceptional technical artwork skills and a detailed understanding of how campaign graphics are applied within physical retail spaces. Conceptual design capabilities are valuable but secondary to the ability to accurately develop, adapt and deliver approved campaigns at scale.

The role requires someone who can work autonomously and at pace, manage a high volume of artwork variations and maintain outstanding accuracy across every file, format, site and store application.
