We are looking for a Senior Multimedia Creative Specialist who lives in “flow state.” You aren’t here to manage spreadsheets or analyze data; you are here to create. You will take raw footage and high-level directions from our Growth VA and Founder to produce high retention, aesthetically elite content that stands out in the educational space.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Technical Elite: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. You should be comfortable with motion graphics and advanced masking.
- Creative Interpreter: You don’t just copy trends; you see what’s working for creators like Ali Abdaal or Hormozi and interpret that “vibe” into the DDA brand.
- Deadline Warrior: You thrive on hitting targets. With a clear weekly output of 20+ assets, you must be highly organized and fast.
- Process Input: you will also give input into how our content recording & creation process can be improved to ensure your role can be completed with the least amount of friction as possible.
- AEST Alignment: You will work AEST (Brisbane) hours to allow for real-time creative feedback and rapid iteration.
Job Responsibilities
- Long-Form Mastery (YouTube):
● Output: 2 x 10–30 minute educational videos per week.
● Focus: High-quality pacing, seamless B-roll integration, and professional sound design. You must be able to keep a viewer engaged for 15 minutes through visual storytelling. - Short-Form Engine (Reels/Shorts/TikTok):
● Output: 5-10 x high-retention vertical videos per week.
● Workflow: This will be a mix of separately recorded reaction videos, and short educational focused videos, along with you creating “Hormozi-style” or “Ali Abdaalstyle” high-impact clips with dynamic captions and zoom from the above long form YouTube videos. - Visual Design & Split-Testing:
● Thumbnail Design: Create 6 high-click-through thumbnail concepts per week (3 for each long form video). We test multiple themes for every video you must be able to design for high CTR. - Educational Carousels:
● Design 2 x high-authority LinkedIn/IG carousels per week while the content for each carousel is generated through a Gemini process, you will be responsible for turning this into a “swipe worthy” carousel that engages viewers and presents the teaching into an easy to understand and apply way. - Internal Education: Polish and edit training videos for DDA’s student portal, ensuring our paid programs feel premium and professional.
