Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Technical & Creative Requirements:
• GoHighLevel Mastery: Proven ability to architect complex workflows, manage pipelines, and maintain GHL sub-account health.
• Meta Ads Integration: Experience syncing Meta Lead Forms with CRMs and managing international ad-to-lead flow.
• Design Proficiency: Advanced Canva skills for creating high-conversion social media and email assets that stick to brand guidelines.
• Operations & Reporting: Strong ability to track KPIs and provide data-driven updates on funnel performance. - The “Plus” Factor:
• Web Development: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for custom funnel tweaks or troubleshooting.
• Diverse CRM Experience: Previous history with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a significant advantage.
Job Responsibilities
- Go High Level CRM Management:
• Set up, customize, and manage Go High Level CRM accounts.
• Create and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, follow-ups, and engagement.
• Manage pipeline stages and ensure leads are progressing smoothly through the sales funnel. - Meta Ad Workflow Creation:
• Design and implement automated workflows to handle leads generated from international Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Integrate lead forms with Go High Level for seamless lead capture and follow-up.
• Monitor and adjust workflows to maximize lead conversion rates. - Graphic Design (Canva):
• Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, ads, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the team to produce creative assets for digital marketing for new business outreach. - Administrative Support:
• Assist with scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasks as needed.
• Provide regular updates on campaign performance and workflow improvements.
