Senior Google & Meta Ads Media Buyer

Job Description

We are seeking a technically skilled Google & Meta Ads Media Buyer to join our team. This role is perfect for somebody who is highly detail oriented, a strongly driven self-learner, mathematically minded, can think strategically and run A/B tests and enjoys working with a high degree of systems & structure. You will be responsible for creating, testing and managing client accounts on both Google & Meta, with the goal of improving account performance. It is not a client facing role.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • 4-5 years of experience working on Google and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to develop and implement data-driven advertising strategies to improve overall account performance.
  • Strong ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions based on key advertising metrics.
  • Skilled in diagnosing and resolving campaign performance issues and technical challenges.
  • High level of accuracy in campaign setup, tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Diligent, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be driven and able to guide your own learning process.
  • Proficient in using ClickUp, Google Drive, and other CRM or required tools.
Job Responsibilities
  • Create and deploy effective Meta campaigns using Marrow’s unique methodology, ensuring each client account is optimized for maximum conversions.
  • Create and deploy effective Google Ads campaigns using Marrow’s unique methodology, ensuring each client account is optimized for maximum conversions.
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to continuously improve email performance, focusing on key metrics such as CPA, AOV, and ROAS.
  • Identify areas for optimization within account strategy, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive customer acquisition and deeper funnel engagement.
  • Launch new creatives into the account, and ensure all technical aspects are functioning.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of ad creatives & campaigns, reporting on key metrics and making data-driven decisions for future improvements.
