We are seeking a proactive Senior Full Stack Web Developer who operates with an AIfirst mindset. You won’t just be writing code; you’ll be leveraging AI to write better code faster, and architecting features that utilize machine learning to solve complex fashion supply chain problems.

The ideal candidate has deep experience across the entire stack—from high-performance Java back-ends to reactive Vue.js front-ends—and understands how to manage these in a robust AWS environment. You will be a key contributor to the full software development lifecycle, ensuring our platform remains the gold standard in the industry.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum 7 – 10 years of professional software development experience (this must be post-university/internship experience).
  • Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade SaaS solutions.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Back-End: Deep proficiency in Java (Spring Boot) and PHP.
    • Front-End: Expertise in Vue.js (highly preferred) or other modern frameworks.
    • Data: Strong experience with MariaDB/MySQL and relational database design.
    • Cloud: Practical experience with AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda).
    • Tools: Expert knowledge of RESTful APIs, Git, and Agile methodologies.
    • AI Mindset: Demonstrable experience using AI tools to assist in coding, debugging, or documentation.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience with Docker and containerization.
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) for automated, high-frequency deployments.
    • Experience with Tailwind CSS or modern UI libraries.
Job Responsibilities
  • AI-Enhanced Development: Design and implement scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Vue.js, utilizing AI tools (like GitHub Copilot or LLMs) to optimize your workflow and code quality.
  • Modernization & Integration: Maintain our robust Java environment while managing legacy integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between all systems.
  • Database Architecture: Optimize MariaDB/MySQL schemas and queries, focusing on data integrity and high-speed performance for global users.
  • Scalable API Design: Build and secure RESTful APIs that act as the backbone for our web and mobile touchpoints.
  • Cloud-Native Thinking: Deploy and monitor applications within AWS, treating infrastructure as a critical component of the application’s success.
  • Intelligent Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve performance
    bottlenecks, using automated monitoring and AI-assisted diagnostics to minimize downtime.
