As a Senior Accountant at PMG Finance, you will lead our accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and managing complex financial projects. Your strategic insights and leadership will be key to enhancing our financial performance and supporting our mission to deliver exceptional equipment finance broking services across Australia.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior accounting role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
  • Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems, with advanced skills in MS Office.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • 5-10 years of experience in an accounting role.
Job Responsibilities
  • Process financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as required.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
  • Conduct compliance checks on client loan files and address any issues.
  • Track and report individual and team KPIs, providing reports to management as required.
  • Stay updated on industry legislative changes and implement necessary internal policy updates.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to achieve business objectives.
