As a Senior Accountant at PMG Finance, you will lead our accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and managing complex financial projects. Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or other relevant certification preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior accounting role, with a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems, with advanced skills in MS Office.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- 5-10 years of experience in an accounting role.
Job Responsibilities
- Process financial transactions to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring the integrity of financial data.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting as required.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations.
- Conduct compliance checks on client loan files and address any issues.
- Track and report individual and team KPIs, providing reports to management as required.
- Stay updated on industry legislative changes and implement necessary internal policy updates.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to achieve business objectives.
