We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Support professional to join our team. This role plays a crucial part in building and expanding our new client division while supporting the sales team in delivering outstanding service.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the industry.
  • Proficiency in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Professional phone etiquette and a customer-centric approach.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an ambitious and results-driven attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions effectively and retain training information.
  • Positive and adaptable attitude towards work and assisting others.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient client need fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate client records and update files with relevant information.
  • Collect, analyze, and report data to support business growth and strategy.
  • Identify industry trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Address and resolve client concerns while implementing measures to enhance the customer experience.
  • Serve as a client advocate, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative duties to support the sales department.
  • Assist with ad hoc sales-related tasks and provide general support as needed.
