The Sales Support Administrator plays a crucial role within our ERP sales team, contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives. This role focuses on lead management and generation, CRM management, and providing essential administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a keen attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring seamless and efficient sales operations.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales support or similar role.
  • Preferred experience with B2B SaaS companies, though not essential.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, including lead and pipeline management.
  • Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and data analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Job Responsibilities
  • Implement strategies defined by the Marketing team on LinkedIn.
  • Follow customers/prospects, like posts, and comment appropriately.
  • Optimize lead tracking and engagement on LinkedIn.
  • Manage targeted outreach through Zopto.
  • Generate and ensure the accuracy of lead lists using various sources.
  • Register and update leads in Precise CRM and Epicor Salesforce.
  • Analyze data and provide insights on lead generation activities.
  • Create detailed profiles and conduct forensic research on new leads.
  • Schedule discovery calls and appointments with BDRs for qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the lead list, re-engaging or re-qualifying idle leads.
  • Assist the sales team with various administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update documentation relevant to the Sales Support role.
  • Assist with processing Epicor MCF claims and collaborate with marketing.
  • Ensure data cleanliness and integrity within the CRM system.
  • Perform additional tasks as required to support the sales and marketing teams.
