The Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth by actively selling WrkPod’s services, including direct virtual assistant recruitment, managed support facility services, and concierge-managed services.
This role involves engaging with businesses worldwide seeking outsourcing solutions, following up on lead magnets to convert them into sales, and strategically positioning WrkPod’s services to meet client needs.
The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams to optimise sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure a seamless customer acquisition process.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or outsourcing services sales.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.
- Ability to close deals and effectively communicate WrkPod’s value proposition.
- Ability to understand and anticipate client needs.
- Ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyse sales trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Strong ability to work cross-functionally with teams.
- Ability to manage multiple sales initiatives and client interactions simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities
- Actively generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline through various channels.
- Sell WrkPod’s direct virtual assistant recruitment, managed support facility services, and concierge-managed services to businesses worldwide.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
- Follow up on lead magnets, enquiries, and referrals to convert prospects into paying clients.
- Implement lead nurturing techniques to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, prospects, and conversions in the CRM system.
- Understand client pain points, business needs, and outsourcing goals to offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Gather feedback from clients and prospects to improve WrkPod’s service offerings.
- Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and CEO to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
- Coordinate with the Recruitment and Operations teams to align sales efforts with service capabilities.
- Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to refine sales strategies.
- Assist with attending to client ticketing and provision of client and VA support as may be required and directed from time to time.
