Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in sales or high-volume customer conversion roles.
- Closing Skills: Proven ability to handle objections, close deals, and hit revenue targets.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident in both phone-based and chat-based (social media) sales.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience using CRM systems and managing inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
- Mindset: Self-motivated, competitive, results-driven, and highly organized while managing multiple leads simultaneously.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead Conversion: Respond to inbound inquiries across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and phone to convert leads into paid bookings.
- Pipeline Management: Follow up on all leads consistently to maximize conversion and prevent lost opportunities.
- CRM Management: Accurately track and manage all lead data and interactions through the CRM system.
- Objection Handling: Guide potential clients through the decision-making process and resolve concerns to secure a booking.
- Studio Coordination: Work closely with the studio team to ensure daily booking capacity is maximized.
- Performance Speed: Maintain exceptionally fast response times and high engagement levels with all new inquiries.
