Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace; experience with CRM or quoting tools is a plus.
- Core Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, professional English, and strong time management.
- Background: Prior experience in sales support or admin is preferred. Experience in premium high touch client services environments is highly desirable.
Job Responsibilities
- Sales Support: Manage the primary sales inbox and ensure all inquiries are handled or assigned promptly.
- Documentation: Prepare simple to complex client quotes using internal pricing tools and spreadsheets.
- Coordination: Liaise with global suppliers regarding inventory and coordinate digital product demonstrations.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client records and business opportunities within the CRM.
- Market Insight: Monitor industry news and professional networks to identify new leads and refurbishments.
