Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our sales team by managing brochures, maintaining databases, and ensuring all sales materials are accurate and up-to-date. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency with various software tools, and the ability to work independently. Creativity and attention to detail are essential.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or administrative capacity.
  • Proficiency with software tools such as Canva, Dropbox, HubDB, and Flipsnack.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • 3-5 years of experience (preferably someone with more experience).
  • Creativity is a must.
Job Responsibilities
  • Download and review the latest brochures from builders.
  • Create new Dropbox folders to organize brochures and builder stock lists.
  • Note communication and build times as necessary.
  • Record essential details such as addresses, prices, and sizes.
  • Search HubDB for similar brochures from the same builders.
  • Perform necessary calculations and download relevant documents.
  • Update and maintain records in HubDB.
  • Use Canva to edit and create updated brochures, following established templates and guidelines.
  • Ensure all brochures are visually appealing and accurate before downloading the final version.
  • Complete and organize Dropbox files for easy access and reference.
  • Upload brochures to Flipsnack and ensure they are correctly added to HubDB.
  • Publish completed brochures and ensure they are accessible for the sales team.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the process, such as finding better-sized render images for brochures.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Liaise with other customers and team members to ensure the catalog is up-to-date.
  • Pick up the phone from builders for basic information.
