Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Excellent command of verbal and written English – strong communication is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Xero, Monday.com, Canva, WordPress, and Ignition (training can be provided for the right candidate).
- Comfortable making client calls and working in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Job Responsibilities
- Draft and send proposals, sales documents, and client communications.
- Provide outstanding customer service, responding to client inquiries via phone and email.
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and CRM updates.
- Make outbound calls to clients and potential leads, supporting the sales process.
- Prepare presentations and marketing materials using Canva, Microsoft Office, and other tools.
- Update and maintain records in Xero, Monday.com, and Ignition.
- Assist with content updates on WordPress and collaborate with internal teams on advertising projects.
- Monitor deadlines and follow up with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
