Job Description
The position of Sales & Administration Assistant is primarily required to manage and process all customer and supplier orders and invoices using the company’s accounting software package for products such as barcode scanners, mobile computers, printers, WiFi equipment, and equipment service and support. The role also includes reception duties, managing the Service Department’s equipment repair logging and invoicing, overseeing the company’s CRM system, maintaining the office procedure documentation portal, and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with accounting software or similar platforms is required.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools, email platforms, and documentation management systems.
- CRM system experience is highly desirable but not essential.
- Business bookkeeping qualifications or equivalent experience are desirable but not mandatory.
- Proven experience in a similar role is required.
- The ability to work independently and unsupervised is essential.
- Handles inbound and outbound calls efficiently, providing clear communication, accurate information, and professional support to clients.
