We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist who will be instrumental in optimizing our technology stack across marketing, sales, and customer service. This role aims to enhance operational efficiency, maximize revenue, and improve the overall customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical proficiency in HubSpot and other relevant platforms, combined with expertise in systems thinking, process optimization, and tech-stack integration. You will play a key role in streamlining processes and ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools they need to succeed.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Business process and analyst expertise, demonstrating the ability to discover and visually map current and ideal state processes
  • Strong technical acumen that enables a deep understanding of how various software platforms work and integrate.
  • Creating flexible and reusable templates, themes, and modules
  • Using HubSpot’s templating language to develop customized web pages
  • Identify the solution and designs the optimum system rather than just executes based on instruction from others.
  • Creating and customizing themes to match the brand’s design and functionality needs.
  • Developing and customizing plugins to add specific functionalities to WordPress sites.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, YouTube, Meta) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Advanced Hubspot expertise – deep understanding of all facets of Hubspot including: Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Operations Hub, HubDB, Hubspot CMS
  • Experience working with prospecting data & sequence management platforms such as Apollo and Clay
  • Technical knowledge of SEO best practices and online customer acquisition strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Knowledge of different Project Management Software and best practices
Job Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our technology stack, including HubSpot CRM, HubSpot CMS/WordPress, MYOB Exo ERP, and Front (Customer Service Platform).
  • Map and enhance the customer journey and internal processes across departments to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and systems.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to enhance HubSpot integration with MYOB Exo.
  • Manage the implementation and optimization of HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation to support the sales and marketing teams effectively.
  • Design and execute complex workflows and maintain HubSpot’s Operations Hub.
  • Define and segment customer data to ensure high data integrity and support targeted marketing efforts.
  • Design and execute EDM campaigns, managing technical and campaign setup, segmentation, and scheduling.
  • Document key processes and develop a training manual for marketing, sales and other functional teams.
  • Integrate and manage data flow between HubSpot and other marketing platforms, ensuring centralized data management.
  • Work with the Head of Marketing and other leaders to identify reporting requirements and to design processes and dashboards to provide visualisation of key performance indicators.
  • Identify best approach to connecting other marketing platforms and activities to Hubspot to centralise data in the CRM. Including providing full funnel reporting on LinkedIn Ads (ad clicks to Hubspot form completions, impressions captured against target account) and LinkedIn social selling (automating connection building with Hubspot contacts, capturing new connections in Hubspot).
  • Manage data acquisition and enrichment from third-party platforms such as Apollo or Clay, integrating with HubSpot.
  • Design and execute multi-channel prospecting sequences, including email and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Building and managing landing pages using HubSpot and WordPress CMS
  • Administering HubDB updates for our website (product catalog)
  • Identify best project and business plan management software and processes for the marketing and wider business team
