Revenue Operations Specialist

Job Description

Are you a technical marketer who loves logic, automation, and building systems that scale? Umanest is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, and we are looking for a Revenue Operations Specialist to architect our sales and marketing infrastructure.

In this role, you will not just be “using” software; you will own our entire tech stack. Working side-by-side with our Growth Lead and the CEO, you will build the automations, manage the data, and optimise the website that powers our growth. This is a founding-team level role with a clear path to becoming our Revenue Operations Manager as we scale.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • 3+ Years in B2B Marketing Ops or CRM Management: You must have a deep understanding of how B2B funnels work.
  • GoHighLevel Mastery: You have built complex workflows, and managed integrations in GHL before.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (for website tweaks) and DNS/Domain management.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: You love spreadsheets and logic. You spot broken links and process errors before anyone else.
  • Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t wait for instructions to fix a broken process; you identify the bottleneck and suggest a solution.
Job Responsibilities
  • Own the “GoHighLevel” Environment: Design and build complex automation workflows, sales pipelines, calendars, and email nurture sequences. You are the architect of our CRM.
  • Website Management: Take ownership of the company website (Built on Webflow). Implement copy updates, create new landing pages for campaigns, and ensure technical SEO best practices are met.
  • Data & Reporting: Build dashboards to track key metrics (Lead Velocity, Conversion Rates, Churn). You will provide the “truth” about our performance to the CEO.
  • Funnel Optimisation: continually test and tweak landing pages and email automations to improve conversion rates from MQL to SQL.
  • Customer Onboarding Automation: Build the digital workflows that welcome new users, reducing the manual load on our support team.
  • Affiliate & Partner System Management: Create the technical infrastructure for our partnership program, configuring the Affiliate Manager and reporting.
