Job Description

We are seeking a mid to senior-level Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team and support our Revenue Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our revenue cycle processes including branch renewals, document management, payment processing, and account administration. You will also work closely with the Sales Team and Account Management Team to ensure a seamless client experience across the post-sales journey. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the efficiency and accuracy of our revenue operations.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in SaaS or subscription based businesses.
  • Strong understanding of revenue operations and subscription management.
  • Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
Job Responsibilities
  • Branch Renewals Management: Coordinate and manage the branch and
    individual renewal process, ensuring timely follow-ups and uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Document Processing: Create, manage, and distribute ordering documents.
  • Payment Resolution: Monitor and resolve failed payments, working directly with clients to ensure payment continuity.
  • Account Setup and Administration: Setup new user accounts and maintain existing account information with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contract Management: Ensure all contract details are accurate, complete, and consistent with CRM records.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients on billing inquiries and account updates collaborating closely with the Revenue Operations Manager to ensure accurate and timely billing.
  • Revenue Cycle Support: Support the Revenue Operations Manager with daily operations and ad-hoc l projects as required.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest enhancement opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyse regular reports to track key performance metrics and identify trends.
