Working closely with Recruitment Consultants, you will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, crafting compelling job descriptions, and managing the end-to-end candidate journey. Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and your keen eye for talent, you will identify and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement.

Job Qualifications/Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Experience with Boolean search techniques.
- Strong written, verbal, and English communication skills.
- A knack for building relationships and fostering trust.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment databases.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with Recruitment Consultants to understand client needs and role requirements.
- Craft and update job descriptions following company guidelines.
- Manage candidate applications from start to finish – from initial contact to client interviews.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, seek, etc.) to find potential candidates.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, gather information, and maintain accurate profiles in our database.
- Interview and qualify candidates for open positions, building pipelines for future needs.
- Provide administrative support, including answering inquiries, formatting CVs, and tracking candidate progress.
- Assist with background checks and maintain compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the entire recruitment process, from scheduling interviews to presenting offers and onboarding new hires.
- Manage client and candidate information in the recruitment database.
- Identify leads and explore new business opportunities for the Sales team.
- Ensure candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and salary benchmarks within the Animal Health sector.
- Proactively seek out new candidate and client opportunities.
- Achieve agreed-upon KPIs and targets.
